This facility will allow you to reset your DS (Directory Service) or Applicant account password for
the University of Strathclyde.
It is only available to Staff and Students at the University or Admissions Applicants.
It should only be used if you do not know, or have forgotten, your password or DS username (Students
only. Staff or Applicants should contact the appropriate Helpdesk

If you do know your account credentials, but want to change your password, please use the Change Password
facility provided within PEGASUS or the Applicant portal.
Students
You must supply the following information, if you cannot, you will not be able to use this facility.
- DS Username* and/or Registration Number
- Date of Birth
- Personal Email Address (as provided during the application process or via Personal Details on PEGASUS)
* Note that the DS Username is NOT the username that you were allocated during the Admissions process.
Staff
You must supply the following information, if you cannot, you will not be able to use this facility.
- DS Username
- Date of Birth
- Personal Email Address (as recorded via the application process or via My Personal Details on PEGASUS)
Applicants
You must supply the following information, if you cannot, you will not be able to use this facility.
- Username
- Personal Email Address (as recorded via the application process)
On successful submission of this information, we will identify you, and verify you have a valid account.
You will then be sent an Email or SMS (depending on your choice) with details on what to do next.
Please note, that you will have a maximum of 2 days to reset your password.
